Refunds and Cancellations
Customers will be able to cancel registrations prior to the 24-hour cutoff time. Anything less than that cannot be cancelled online or money refunded. We will still need to be able to make changes on the back end. But that is not part of the online offering.

I assume refunds will go back to the card they used for payment? That is what I encounter most and will likely be a customer’s expectation.

If cancellation occurs three days – 24 hours, they will receive 50% of their payment. This is not something that will necessarily be offered on every tour, but is essential on some.

After Event Follow-up
After the event occurs, an e-mail will go out to each e-mail address asking them to complete a quick follow-up poll. 3-4 questions max. Contents to follow later.
